To schedule an appointment with Dr. Stulberg by phone, please call the Birmingham Family Therapy Clinic staff at (248) 258-9189

The staff will register you (if you are a new client) and schedule your appointment.

To schedule an appointment with Dr. Stulberg online:

FOR NEW CLIENTS ONLY: 

Please click Schedule An Appointment then REGISTER. You will be asked to fill out some basic information on the registration form. Once you fill out the form, you will receive 2 emails. The first notifies you that you have successfully registered and the second provides you with a username and password. Log in to the client portal with your username and password, click calendar and choose your appointment date and time; and whether you are scheduling a single (45-minute) or double (90-minute) appointment. You will receive an appointment confirmation email.  

Please remember to fill out the New Client Package before your first appointment.  It provides important information, including the clinic privacy practices and my fees. The link can be found in your post-registration, welcome and session reminder emails, as well as on my website once you click on the “schedule an appointment” button. This package must be completed before we begin your first session.
